Registration for the room blocks is officially open. It is imperative that you secure your reservations at your earliest convenience. Please note that there will be no immediate charge to your card upon booking. You will have the flexibility to cancel your reservation until the 1st of June 2025. The nightly rate for the rooms is $149, and the total cost for a three-night stay, inclusive of room taxes, amounts to $535.73.

We are currently in the process of exploring options for a payment plan to accommodate those who may be interested. I would like to emphasize the need for everyone’s contribution and endorsement at our next Grand Session and urge you to mark these dates in your calendar, take leave from work, and start saving or fundraising. Any necessary action should be undertaken to support your jurisdiction.
