To: All Present and Past Grand Lodge and Grand Chapter Officers, Present and Past Worshipful Masters and Worthy Matrons, Present and Past Wardens and Matrons, Brethren of the Craft and Sisters of the Order, working under a Warrant of Dispensation granted by the Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge, A.F. & A.M., or Queen of Sheba Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star Inc., for the State of California.
Know Ye: That Honorable John V. Phillips, 33°, Most Worshipful Grand Master of The Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M., Inc., by virtue of the Power and Authority vested in me as such, acting in accordance with By-Law # 22 of the Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge Constitution and By-Laws; the extraordinary Powers and Prerogatives of Grand Masters, as recorded in the Ancient Constitution of the Order and the Unwritten Landmarks of Freemasonry, do herby call the Craft from refreshment to labor for the Second Grand Lodge Communication in the City of Los Angeles, State of California, 3:00 P.M. Sunday January 8, 2017 for all Lodges under this Jurisdiction and all Chapters working under Queen of Sheba Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star for the transaction of such business as may come before it.
Done under my hand in the City of San Fernando, State of California and I have caused The Great Seal of The Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge A. F. & A. M., Inc., to be affixed this 5th day of January, 2017, ANNO DOMINI 1982, ANNO LUCIS 6017
