Of the Fourth Quarterly Communication
April 9, 2017

To: All Present and Past Grand Lodge and Grand Chapter Officers, Present and Past Worshipful Masters and Worthy Matrons, Present and Past Wardens and Matrons, Brethren of the Craft and Sisters of the Order, working under a Warrant or Dispensation granted by the Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge, A.F. & A.M., or Queen of Sheba Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star Inc., for the State of California.

 Know Ye: That Honorable John V. Phillips, 33°, Most Worshipful Grand Master of The Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M., Inc., by virtue of the Power and Authority vested in me as such, acting in accordance with By-Law # 22 of the Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge Constitution and By-Laws; the extraordinary Powers and Prerogatives of Grand Masters, as recorded in the Ancient Constitution of the Order and the Unwritten Landmarks of Freemasonry, do herby call the Craft from refreshment to labor for the fourth Grand Lodge Communication in the City of Los Angeles, State of California, 3:00 P.M. Sunday April 9, 2017 for all Lodges under this Jurisdiction and all Chapters working under Queen of Sheba Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star for the transaction of such business as may come before it.

A few months ago while striving for “Perfection” our own Brother, Elu Roy Trotter, sought out to give back to our community. Elu Trotter organized the donation efforts and with the help of the members of King David Grand Lodge and Jobert Lodge of Perfection, we were able to help many in need at the Los Angeles Community Outreach Center.

Thank you Bro. Trotter for leading the way in this “Perfectly” noble cause.
